Epheser Olive oil
The olive oil stems from a purely organic cultivation. It is of the highest quality, and distinguishable by its golden colour. The bouquet is flowery, with olive and earthy notes. It has a delicate flavour and is not bitter.

Olives
The “Memecik” olives grow on 50 –150 year-old olive trees belonging to the olive groves “Ab-u Hayat” (Source of Life) in Turkey.

Figs
The figs, are dried in large wooden crates under the Turkish sun. As they are completely untreated (absolutely no pesticides) they are delicious, purely organic figs. Each is individually inspected and sorted and only the highest quality is selected for export.

Presentation box
Every wooden box is handmade in the carpenters’ workshop Hans Sax AG, in Obersaxen Graubunden, Switzerland. They are made from spruce, a fine grain, light-coloured wood from forests in Surselva.
